The Gift Talents Action Plan (GTAP) is a plan to identify and explore the strengths and gifts for a student or young adult. The GTAP is a plan you will create to identify and explore strengths and gifts. Youth with ASD or disability need more than behavior plans when transitioning from high school. The process is fun, exploratory and quite different from setting goals and writing objectives for the IEP. The individual may rely upon supportive individuals to guide, engage, and create new experiences in order that unique interests or strengths are discovered.
